All orders shipping to addresses in New York State are subject to 4% state sales tax by law. All orders shipping to states outside of New York and outside of the USA are not subject to a sales tax at this time.


All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. If your order is placed before 2PM EST between Monday - Friday it will ship out on the same day that your order is placed. If your order is placed after 2PM EST it will ship out on the next business day. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will ship out on the next business day. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.


All orders of $50.00 or more within the USA are eligible for FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Your Delivery Confirmation number or Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking link to update with tracking information.


All orders to countries outside of the United States are shipped via USPS. During checkout select International Priority Mail for the shipping method. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. We offer flat rate international shipping that is based on the amount of the order to most countries outside of the U.S. We ship all orders to International countries with a low value, however we are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that you may have to pay to receive your package. We are also not responsible for any delays in the shipment due to customs agency delays within your country.

The Delivery Confirmation number which you can use to track your package will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Delivery Confirmation link to update with tracking information. Please note that after the package leaves the United States, it is handed off to your country's Post Office. At this point, you will not be able to track your package along the way and the Delivery Confirmation number will only update once the package has been delivered to you or if there is a problem along the way.


If you provide us with an incorrect address and as a result your package is undeliverable and returned to us by the mail carrier, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee in order to have the package redelivered to your correct address. If this is the case, we will contact you once the package is returned to us, and please note that USPS can hold undeliverable packages for up to 60 days. If at this time you do not wish to pay the additional shipping or if you do not contact us back, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee. 


In the rare event that a package is lost by the mail carrier, we will assist you in filing an investigation with the mail carrier in order to locate the package. If the package is still deemed lost after the investigation, we will replace the lost items for you at no charge. However, if the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number states that the package was delivered, then we will not be held responsible for a package that is claimed to be lost and will not be able to replace the lost items for you.



Freshly Dipped Clothing takes pride in the products and customer service that we provide. While we aim to satisfy 100% of our customers, 100% of the time, we understand that things happens. Our goal is handle these occurrences in a reasonable and timely fashion.


Returns and exchanges may be accepted within 10 days of customer's receipt for exchange or Freshly Dipped credit only. Returned items must be unused and unworn with all of the original packaging and tags still intact. A copy of the original sales invoice must also be included with return or exchange.


Only items purchased on our online boutique ( may be returned by mail.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without a copy of the original sales invoice.


We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed a refund in the form of store credit will be issued to the customer.


Original shipping charges and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed. However, shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.


All international orders are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note you are responsible for all Import duties and import taxes.




When you place an order with us, we request personal information and this information is used for billing and order fulfillment purposes only. Any financial information, including credit card numbers, are not stored. Your information will never be sold, shared, distributed or rented to any third party. You can opt to join our email newsletter at any time via our online boutique. If you choose to sign up for it, you can opt out of it at any time as well.
